Additional information about rental rates

• On reservation we request a deposit of 50% of the rental, unless the arrival date is within a month, in which case we would request the full amount on booking. This is non refundable. The balance, if any, to be paid 2 months before arrival at the property. A refundable breakage deposit of GBP100 / EUR115 is required 2 months before arrival and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure if there has been no damage, no excess electricity usage or no emergency call outs.
  
  There will be a charge for overly high use of electricity.
  
  Lets are Saturday to Saturday in high season. Out of high season we can be a little more flexible, in particular Thursday to Thursday can be offered before the end of May to fit in with lower air fares. We will be as flexible as we can depending on the booking situation.

• A welcome basket is provided on arrival. As most flights arrive in late to Brindisi, it would contain enough basic foods to get you through your first night at lovely Casa Juno until you can make the shops the next morning (eg pasta, sauce, coffee, tea, bottled water etc). We also arrange a meet and greet for you at a point near the villa, with our local team, Victoria and Belinda. They will show you to the villa and how everything works. They also act as your point of contact during your stay. They provide some additional services and one that is very popular with guests is the hot meal they provide ready for their arrival.   Linen and towels are provided for 4 persons. Any additional persons will be charged an additional GBP50 / EUR60 per person per week for linen and towels.
  
  Check in is 4pm, Check out 10am as Casa Juno need to be thoroughly cleaned between stays.

• Ryanair fly direct into Bari and Brindisi airports. Alitalia fly to both airports but it takes longer as they fly via Rome or Milan - depending on where you live it may still be a better route. BA also fly direct into Bari. Easyjet fly direct into Brindisi. Naples is 4 hours away and BA fly into Naples.
  
  Driving - it takes around 24 hours to drive to Casa Juno from London.
